Working at EFIR means being part of a team, sharing objectives and an establishment project. We are required to recruit new staff each year, and sometimes even during the school year: a particular effort is made to allow these new staff to adapt properly.

The AEFE implements a policy of professional equality between women and men.
4 of them are under expatriate status, members of the management team or teachers responsible for educational consulting missions. The recruitment of expatriate staff is carried out directly by the AEFE as part of a campaign which begins with the publication of vacant positions at the very beginning of the school year. To find out all the details of this campaign, please refer to the AEFE website.
25 are under resident status. The first phase of recruitment is carried out in the establishment: applications are examined there in close collaboration with the diplomatic post. The final decision is taken by the director of the AEFE, in support of the elements provided by the local Joint Consultative Commission. The teacher thus recruited applies for a three-year secondment and signs a contract with the AEFE.

Monday March 4, 2024 meeting of the local joint advisory committee for recruiting residents (CCPL)
At the end of the CCPL, candidates will be informed of their ranking by the establishment or the SCAC
